How to Choose Your Tooth Count

• 1 & 2 Teeth: Essential for turning corners, navigating tight curves, and adjusting final stitch placement.
• 5, 8, 10 & 12 Teeth: The standard workhorses for consistent, straight seamlines.
• 20 Teeth: Designed for long straight runs (belts, bag panels, straps) to save time and ensure razor-sharp alignment.
• 2+8 Tooth Reverse: Reverse-angled teeth for matching back-stitch or French-style saddle stitch alignment.

NOTICE on Hole Sizing: The taper of the teeth can affect hole size based on the thickness of leather being punched. Below is a comparison of hole sizes tested on 1.5mm thick leather:

• 1.93mm spacing: ~1.5mm hole
• 2.25mm – 2.45mm spacing: ~1.7mm hole
• 2.7mm – 3.0mm spacing: ~2.0mm hole
• 3.38mm – 3.85mm spacing: ~2.2mm hole
• 4.0mm – 5.0mm spacing: ~2.4mm hole
